Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on HXebike.


1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We offer shipping to the United Kingdom and most European Union countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations related to electric bicycles and lithium battery transportation.

If a destination is not eligible, shipping options will not be available at checkout.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.


2. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–15 business days (depending on destination and product availability)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier will be selected based on your location and order details.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages at no additional cost.


5. LARGE ITEM DELIVERY

Certain products, such as electric bicycles, may be classified as large or heavy items and may require special handling.

Delivery is typically made to curbside. Customers are responsible for bringing the item indoors and completing any required assembly.

We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive large deliveries.


6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery and request a damage report from the carrier.

If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and supporting information.

We will assess the situation and work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


7. FAILED DELIVERY OR REFUSAL

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or absence of the recipient, additional shipping or return costs may apply.

These costs may be deducted from any applicable refund, where permitted by law.


8. SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

We make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery.

However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, or third-party carriers, except where required by applicable law.
